It was a good experience, but the service person had to order a part for my car. We only have 800 miles on the car and the dash ligts go out and becomes dark. It sounds like rocks or crackling sounds in my dash. Sounds like something bad is going to happen if it doesn't get fixed. PLUS my GPS quit working. Very dissappointed with this purchase. Seems the saleman had heard about this problem asdid the mechanic BUT i was never told. Not a good way to do business..what do you think????? Im retired and cant afford too many mistakes. Im driving to north carolina in 2 weeksand am afraid to drive this car. They ordered the part. But who knowsi if it will come in? Lee paige More

I also live over 2 hours away from this dealership. Brittany was very helpful when making calls back and forth about my purchase. She was able to answer all my questions and relay information to the proper individuals. She even sent me current photos of the car I was interested in and made sure the handoff to Chris would be smooth (she was off the day I picked up the car). Chris Barrera was FANTASTIC to work with once we arrived to finalize the deal. He was patient, answered every question I asked (including technical / service / spec related), was friendly, and honest--an impossibly hard-to-find trait in auto sales. He's a car guy himself and seems to have turned some wrenches in his day, so don't judge a salesman by his appearance/occupation! He took the time to explain all the paperwork, options for warranty packages, OEM Honda accessories, etc. I even requested to put the car on a hoist in the shop and inspect underneath, and he was glad to oblige. We noticed an access panel missing that protects the oil filter from road debris damage, and he worked with Sean to get a replacement part on it right away. Roxann was a pleasure to speak with while finalizing the financials of the deal. She was able to answer all questions with confidence and in a practical way that was easy to understand. This dealership is TOP NOTCH. Clean showroom, spotless shop, full of professionals that appear to be very well-engaged in their work and are not afraid to go the extra mile for a customer. We have a nice Honda dealership at home, but I would not hesitate to send others 2.5 hours away to Valley Honda for their purchase! Buying a car is usually stressful, but the team at Valley Honda made it painless, pleasurable, and EXCITING! Thanks so much for everything. More

Our current experience in leasing a 2019 Pilot at the end of our lease with a 2016 Pilot was extremely easy and worry free. Sean helped us decide whether to keep our existing Pilot at the end of our lease or consider taking advantage of the deals with the 2019 vehicles in stock. The attention to detail at Valley Honda is well thought out. Clean, organized and a friendly, upbeat staff. Randall was even more impressive with a wonderfully kind and friendly attitude. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and organized, and the deal was done quickly. I knew I would be back to see this guy in the future. In 5 weeks time that came to pass when my car was totaled by another driver's error. Randall was to be the first on my list to see when my claim was finally paid. At my visit, even though I was still not clear what car I wanted, Randall assured me that I would find the car for me even if it wasn't at Valley Honda. No pressure to buy at all! Long story short, the Valley Honda team stood behind their promise of "making it right" and worked with us on a deal to replace the car with a new Civic. Brandon Brabec was really a pleasure to work with. He, along with David Camacho, Bill Sexton, Kurt Gonzalez, Jab Rahman, Sean Aceto and the finance and service teams could not have been more professional and helpful.
