I bought my car in cash and they messed up with the title and now I’m asking them for electronic copy which the state tells me that they have a copy but they won’t give it to me instead they’re telling me to and now I’m asking them for electronic copy which the state tells me that they have a copy but they won’t give it to me instead they’re telling me to go to a title company to get it and pay for it so why is it that this dealership will not give me my title? I feel that they need to give me my title there an electronic copy available. The state of Florida told me that so why is it? They will not provide me my title is it because I don’t want to accept that they made a mistake. More

The sales manager, Scott, also stopped by to introduce himself. He was friendly and welcoming, and even made sure we had snacks and refreshments. These are the small things that made a big difference in the overall experience. In finance, Sean was just as helpful. He was informative, kind, and even matched the same interest rate I was offered through another credit union, which I really appreciated. We purchased a car end of February from Georgia because we use to live in FL and purchased all my last 4 Acuras from them. We drove half way to pick it up. Starting from the sales person Michael Dougan, to sales manager to finance personal; Sean Bradford, George … no one. Customer service has been so dissatisfying and disappointing. The whole process has been beyond frustrating, and the fact that no one is willing to help makes it even worse. I had to contact Acura corporate to get help, because the dealer IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FIRST CAR REGISTRATION, yet this dealer has decided to ignore the situation. You can’t even talk to a manager who will apologize or listen to your concerns. Still dealing with this situation. More
