I recently had my car serviced at Smythe only to have it quit on my way home. Thankfully, the service department was still open when I called, although it was very close to 6pm. Thank you Tony and Sean (I think it was Sean?) for bringing me a loaner very quickly, and taking my car back to Smythe to have it checked after discovering a hose clamp that was not secure. You went above and beyond duty by coming out on a cold, dark night when your work day was over, when you could have just instructed me to have AAA tow it back. All is well that ends well, and it did here. I would have given a 5 for quality if it weren't for the hose clamp, although it was a minor issue. But your professionalism in dealing with it made all the difference and I will definitely be back. More

I have moved from Summit to CT and I couldn't possibly take my beloved Volvo anywhere else to be looked after. I trust his advice implicitly, and whatever he recommends should be done to the car I accept without question. I always feel like I have arrived "home" when I go to Smythe Volvo because all at the service desk are so welcoming and eagerly make me feel at home. If ever I need to replace my car, of course I would only go to Smythe Volvo, although I have seen a Volvo dealer in Danbury, CT which is about 30 min. from my present home. As long as I lived in NJ, I had to get a loaner to get to work. Even when I go down to have the car serviced, they offer me a loaner. Most of the time I do not need one because a friend will pick me up. I am grateful to have had the pleasure of knowing those with whom I have done business these many years. How lucky I am! More
