There was no pressure to buy and that enhanced our experience with the car and the dealership. When we returned, our sales representative, Sean Johnson, had placed the vehicles we were considering in the shade with the air on. After selecting our preference and taking it for a test drive, we met with Sean and finalized the details. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Between Sean and Jennifer Duran, the business coordinator, the paper work went smoothly. Sean then guided us through the most important features of our Forester and assured us that he and the Tucson Subaru staff would be available to provide further instruction and assistance. On our drive home my wife and I discussed the experience. We both loved the car and the buying experience made us feel very much at home with Tucson Subaru.
