Great Experience My salesman Sean Johnson was above and beyond helpful. He took the extra time to get things squared away and got my deal done in less that an hour and My salesman Sean Johnson was above and beyond helpful. He took the extra time to get things squared away and got my deal done in less that an hour and a half. (On a Friday) He had my car detailed and gassed up by 4 o'clock ready for my road trip. I certainly would recommend him, and all the great folks at Tucson Subaru..While you're there have a cookie and a cup of coffee the cookies are really good. Great honest service! I came to this dealership knowing what I wanted to buy already. I got to drive the 2019 Crosstrek as Sean J. (sales manager) explained all the specs a I came to this dealership knowing what I wanted to buy already. I got to drive the 2019 Crosstrek as Sean J. (sales manager) explained all the specs and details about the vehicle. The vehicle felt fantastic and I decided to go ahead and get it in Cool Grey Khaki with a manual. Afterwards, Sean helped me out in building a new 2019 Crosstrek with all the features I wanted as a manual in my color wasn't available. He placed the order for me and kept me updated every two weeks or so. When the vehicle finally arrived Sean personally took a video of my car as it arrived showing me everything about it in detail. Throughout this whole process Sean was very nice in explaining all my questions about cost, financing, etc. There was absolute transparency with all the details about the car and the costs involved. Jennifer D. (finance) did a great job in explaining everything I was signing and not once did I feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to. Overall my experience at this dealership, the people, with Jennifer and with Sean was extremely pleasant and I would be more than happy to do business with them again. More

When I got a recall notice on my Impreza I made an appointment and was told the repair would be about half an hour. When I arrived at the appointed time I was told it could take up to 2 1/2 hours before my car would be ready. More
