When I arrived at the appointed time I was told it could take up to 2 1/2 hours before my car would be ready. More

Great experience I came to to get my next Subaru.. Unfortunately my credit score was too low to get the car I wanted at a monthly price I could afford. With no money t I came to to get my next Subaru.. Unfortunately my credit score was too low to get the car I wanted at a monthly price I could afford. With no money to put down on a vehicle, my next best option was to buy the car I was currently leasing, and look to next year when my score would improve and get the car I wanted. Sean was awesome to spend hours with me running all these numbers, checking my credit scores, working with finance to keep the monthly payment to one I could afford. It was a long day but in the end the best decision to keep a car I already knew was great, and save my money to keep paying down my debt. Thank you Sean and Subaru!! 😄 More

Their are times when you know you've made a good decision. One thing that we really appreciated was that we never felt over whelmed by all we had to learn before making a good decision that we would be a One thing that we really appreciated was that we never felt over whelmed by all we had to learn before making a good decision that we would be able to live with for years. That was possible because of the depth of knowledge of Sean Johnson and his approach to providing the information needed by us without any pressure to make things work for him. At the dealership he took the time needed to explain and communicate. He did not pitch slogans, catch words, or attitude. We felt he did an outstanding job of presenting options and then comparing and contrasting the elements and features of those different options. Lots of information, but we were left with the felling that even though it is a big and complicated universe out there we felt we had learned enough to feel comfortable in the decision we made. The employees of the dealership beyond being polite seemed to be happy that they were at work, and that they got along well with each other, helping each other to optimize the job they were doing.
