His communication between the dealership and us was professional but also like family. He was just a great sales guy to work with. Sean Johnson was a big help to us when we stopped in for a 2nd visit and Robert had the day off, he was able to pick up where Robert left off and treated us with the same care and respect. Jennifer Duran, the finance manager, the one who closed the experience, was so pleasant and made the finance part of the process enjoyable. Can’t remember ever laughing and smiling so much when paying a dealership for a car. I would recommend Tucson Subaru to anyone looking for a dealership they can trust to purchase a car from. More

This is close to my 30th car purchase and the vote is Transparency, approachable, proactive. The first three words that come to mind about my shopping experience. I was a serious shopper looking for a Transparency, approachable, proactive. The first three words that come to mind about my shopping experience. I was a serious shopper looking for a specific value. Because I already did my homework (preapproved, prioritized features, etc) I knew what I was looking for and it was a matter of coming to an arms length agreement with Sean and his team. I knew I had a sales rep that was serious about meeting my requirements while still being approachable when Sean took the time to greet me and my wife, not rush us and present two vehicles we were interested in even when it was 20 minutes before their closing time. He was very knowledgeable about his portfolio of vehicles, confident in highlighting how his company was uniquely positioned from the other dealerships, and just straight forward AND friendly. I have many children with graduation presents on the way and I will gladly visit Sean, first, when shopping for another vehicle. Kudos to Traci with Finance for helping us knock out the paperwork in minimal time while being thorough. More

It’s also great because it can store more than double the amount of chics than my previous xxxxx magnet of a Jeep Wrangler. I can’t find the finance guys name but he was cool too. More
