AJ made the lease trade in process as quick and painless as possible. He worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted and when they didn't have a car on site they sent out for one and gave me a nice loaner u as possible. Sean also worked well with me to keep my payments the same for the model I wanted so I appreciate that. I sprained my ankle the day I was supposed to go to the dealer and pick up my car and was unable to make it at our appointed time. AJ was kind enough to deliver the car to my house. My out of the way and far away house. I was in a lot of pain and quite bummed I wasn't able to make it in so I was incredible greatful he was able to deliver it. He was very kind and made a usually painful process not so painful. Even with some paperwork that needs to redone, they offered to bring it to my home since I restarted work after Thanksgiving break. Great service, love my new car, and I have no complaints. More
