Manly Honda has always proved to me to be one of the best dealerships in Northern California, possibly all of California. Not only are the sales, finance and management staff all knowledgeable but they truly do absolutely everything they can and within their power to help you and find you the perfect vehicle. Alex Iniguez and Abraham Contreras both worked with me on multiple days to help me find and test drive vehicles. They both communicated to each other and made sure there was no communication that was left unsaid. They both knew what was going on during the multi level process and kept one another in the loop which made this transition as seamless as possible. Both were personable, and made you feel comfortable during the process. They both have proven to be outstanding individuals. Sean Lumibao had initially ran some numbers for me and gave me a truly realistic idea of what the outcome of my payments will be. This is highly appreciated and always welcome when buying a vehicle. When I told her that I was in the market for a newer hybrid, she introduced me to Scott Hess, the upgrade specialist in sales and informed Denise Rice of my needs. After talking to me to find out what I might be interested in, Denise set me up with a loaner Honda Clarity, plug-in hybrid as a loaner. This basically turned into a 1 1/2 day test drive of the car I basically wound up purchasing from Scott. Sean Lumibao handled the financing end of the purchase and was equally friendly and easy to work with. The entire experience was very positive and I am thrilled with my new car. More

There was a lot of phone tag trying to find out when I was to receive the floor mats and it took days to finally receive them. When I did my car's floors were dirty. Once I contacted the sales manager I received the floor mats within the hour. He also should have installed them as they were tricky to install but instead just left them in the box and handed them to me. More
