Breathing a Sigh of Relief Now I came into the Manly Dealership with my mother last week. I was looking for a car, but had made up my mind that I couldn't afford a new Pilot, so I h I came into the Manly Dealership with my mother last week. I was looking for a car, but had made up my mind that I couldn't afford a new Pilot, so I had planned to purchase something different (not a Honda). Sean encouraged me to check out the Pilot and then he and Beejan worked with me to get to a number that was realistic and attainable! To say I was impressed by their knowledge and helpfulness is an understatement. They made it easy, painless and stress-free and here I am today with the car I actually wanted! Justin was wonderfully thorough with the tutorial, something I never experienced with any car buying...ever. To know that I can reach out to him for any question, big or small (or stupid), gives me great peace of mind knowing that I bought a car I will actually know how to use to its potential. I've owned Hondas most of my life and never again will I go anywhere else, but to Sean, Beejan and Manly. I called Sean Lumibao who sold me the truck 3 yrs old. He remembered the truck right away and took the time out of his day to look up to see if it was still under warranty then connect me right people. He when called after my truck was complete to make sure my needs were meet. Santiago was my service rep, who went above and beyond by updating me daily with phone calls, working around my sleep schedule due to working the night shift. Even set up a drive with the mechanic Howard to make sure we heard the same noise. Howard was extremely knowledge about trucks. After discussing his plan of action I felt relief know my truck was in good hands. Thank you guys for handling a stressful truck issue in a fast and timely manner.
