Deal was consummated in about two hours but then waited o Matt was one of the best salesman I have ever purchased a vehicle from and I have own many. Deal was consummated in about two hours but then waited over FIVE hours to complete paperwork with the “finance” team. Never offered a reason or apology from anyone in leadership. It took us asking to speak to a manager at the five hours mark to finally get to the paperwork and only because the “manager” put us to the front of the line ahead of others that were waiting too. I would have expected at the least someone in a leadership role to have spent some time during our five hour wait explaining and offer apologies but even when we asked to speak to a “manager” he was annoyed that we were upset. Total lack of leadership and will not recommend. More
