NEW CAR SMELL! My first visit to stingray Chevrolet wasn’t the greatest experience and I couldn’t come to terms on buying a car, so I went back to a different car de My first visit to stingray Chevrolet wasn’t the greatest experience and I couldn’t come to terms on buying a car, so I went back to a different car dealer and they were looking for a car for me. They couldn’t find one for me. So about a week later,..I called stingray and asked them if they still have the car I’d seen a week prior. They said yes! so I came back to stingray for a second time, we were able to make a great deal on the numbers and away I went in my brand new car! Thanks to the manager Sean Mcann, and my salesman Patrick. More

Never buy from Stingray I would never recommend for any one to buy a vehicle from stingray Chevrolet. My husband bought his vehicle from there last year. While buying the use I would never recommend for any one to buy a vehicle from stingray Chevrolet. My husband bought his vehicle from there last year. While buying the used car the salesman made a comment “We don’t sell junkers here at Stingray”. We have had to bring the car up to the dealership to be fixed several times. I think the car is in their possession more than ours. An engine rod blew at 55,000 miles and we were told by Stingray they would be replacing it with a brand new motor considering the car was still under warranty. When we arrived to pick the car up I was surprised to find out they actually replaced it with a refurbished motor. Since then, the car has been back there 4 more times for other serious issues. Twice the car has been picked up after being fixed and had to be taken back the same day, only hours later. And once the car was in their possession for approximately a two month period. The car was paid off in a year from the purchase date. We went up there to the sales floor of the dealership and asked a salesman if they would possibly consider doing a trade because we have had so many problems with our vehicle. Our car for a car worth equal value. We were then told that we would still have to refinance and start payments all over again. Stingray Chevrolet says they care about their customers but we are obviously the least of their worries. The person I have found to be the most courteous and helpful has been Lisa Rice. More

I provided a number, then mike was a tennis ball going back and forth between me and Sean. Then Sean was the closer, basically saying that they couldn’t honor their online price. Making trade numbers look inflated when they were really stealing the trade. Old school stealership. No integrity. Kind of disappointing to be quite honest. THIS is why people hate going to buy a car at a stealership like this. Luckily Florida is a transient state, so they always have a fresh supply of new victims. More
