Excellent service by Dhanen Shah I experienced the best service at Tpyota Sunnyvale. I previously purchased and car at another Toyota Dealership in Milpitas and I was not treated the I experienced the best service at Tpyota Sunnyvale. I previously purchased and car at another Toyota Dealership in Milpitas and I was not treated the same as the Toyota Sunnyvale dealership. Here, I had the pleasure of being helped by Dhanendra Shah. He explained everything about the car buying process. I did not feel pressured. My experience with the finance guy, Sean, was excellent too. I knew exactly what I was signing because he explained everything. Afterwards Dhanendra Shah showed me how the car worked and all of the special features that the car comes with. I felt taken care of by by this dealership. I'm going to be a lifelong customer of this dealership because of the special attention that I received. I love my new Camry! More

Stan is the Man! I had already talked to Stan several times to go over prices and get pre-qualified for credit. I came in, test drove the car I was interested in, and I had already talked to Stan several times to go over prices and get pre-qualified for credit. I came in, test drove the car I was interested in, and picked out my color. Stan made the whole process a breeze! Stan then handed things over to Sean, who went over all of the financing and upgrade options. The whole process took a few hours and I came out with low monthly payments and a brand new Prius Prime. More

I received one of the best customer service from Joyee Huang at Toyota Sunnyvale, who went above and beyond to advocate on behalf of me to his manager to get the best value of the car and the price of the new car, as well as the trading value of the old car.   And, Sean Nguyen educated me on the documents and the type of the features of the car with value added services offered. At the end of the day, I drove away the car of my choice.  And, a very happy customer. More

My experience with the finance manager Sean Nguyen was very poor he had my wife and I thinking he was throwing in a tire service and an extended warranty and an alarm but in actuality I paid for it to a t very poor he had my wife and I thinking he was throwing in a tire service and an extended warranty and an alarm but in actuality I paid for it to a tune of about $4300 extra.
