I want to be very clear that this review is not about the dealership as a whole, but specifically about Sean Richmond at the Service Department of Toyota of Schaumburg. I arrived extremely frustrated and fu dealership as a whole, but specifically about Sean Richmond at the Service Department of Toyota of Schaumburg. I arrived extremely frustrated and fully prepared to file an official complaint due to multiple service issues and to escalate the situation to a higher level if needed. I was genuinely upset and disappointed. Sean took the time to listen to me carefully, understood the situation, and took full ownership of the issues. He handled everything professionally, calmly, and efficiently — and most importantly, he resolved all the issues completely. Thanks to Sean, my frustration was fully resolved, and I left the dealership 100% satisfied with the service on my vehicle. He is a true professional, a strong manager, and someone who clearly understands what real customer service means. An excellent example for other employees to follow. Honestly, if it weren’t for Sean, this dealership would have received half a star from me. Because of him, I’m leaving this positive review. Thank you, Sean. More

I had a battery issue with my Highlander Hybrid at 8 pm. Sean, my service Rep told me to come in. A new battery was installed and I was on my way by around 9:15 pm. Had no problems with dealership until my 2019. Tundra sunroof exploded outward. No one seem to have any knowledge about this problem and when I spoke to the service manager. He claimed he knew not Tundra sunroof exploded outward. No one seem to have any knowledge about this problem and when I spoke to the service manager. He claimed he knew nothing about this problem. I told him there is an article ( from toyota nation ) and his response was I don’t have to read anything except what toyota sends him . So much for safety and there are many articles on the internet . Very disappointed. You need to either keep denying the problem or educate your staff. More
