I want to specifically acknowledge Mike Krueger, the Service Director for his professionalism and great service. Having purchased my RAV4 in December, I wanted to service it at a Toyota dealership. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get me in right away and the oil change took about 40 minutes. I had some concerns that I brought to Mike, and thanks to his excellent service I will defiantly be back. More

Holy Smokes, Schaumburg Toyota SERVICE Department is the BEST!!! EVERYONE should but one for the service alone...let alone the top notch quality of the actual vehicle. I always get asked why I pay a little BEST!!! EVERYONE should but one for the service alone...let alone the top notch quality of the actual vehicle. I always get asked why I pay a little extra for a Toyota instead of buying from a cheaper made manufacturer. My friends just don’t get it...IT’S THE EMPLOYEES...that’s the differrnce! Quality People Make the Difference 2 years ago I had first experience with Sean Richmond in the service department. That sold me on dealership. Since then our family has leased 2 new ve 2 years ago I had first experience with Sean Richmond in the service department. That sold me on dealership. Since then our family has leased 2 new vehicles and purchased 2 new vehicles. Daniel Pieprz listened to our needs and helped us purchased our Highlander at a fair price. Sometimes the front line people like Sean our the best sales people. He was for us. A big shout out to Nick Houston as well. Quality people make the difference! More
