Sean is very attentive and helpful whenever I am concerned about one of my vehicles. It's easy to make an appointment. The location is convenient. Their communication is clear. When I first purchased a VW, complimentary services such as carwashes made it worth paying a premium for car care. I typically select the prepaid maintenance plan, but as soon as that expires, I take my car elsewhere. I have experienced longer wait times recently.
