Service was perfect. Explanation of when to do software update was very helpful. Service writer explained when the next service was due was also helpful. Came in for an oil change/routine maintenance on my GTI. Sean got me all squared away with what I needed done and everything went smoothly. Everything was great with the car when I got it back.
