Not happy on my recent visit for maintenance on my Maverick. Did all the regular service checks. Changed Oil, Rotated Tires and check all the fluids. But on my warranty issues didn't seem to care. I still will purchase and have my vehicles service at Green Ford. But the last 2 times for service were not the service I've been used to my 30 plus years as a customer. More

Had a spark plug misfire code diagnosed and Steve Bullister got me right in, replaced all the spark plugs and found a bad coil pack and an injector on another cylinder failing.
