Professional No Nonsense Buying Very down to earth and Honest with the whole way. Drove from the WI border to buy my Ram 1500 from Phelan. Pasquale & Sebastian are the main reason Very down to earth and Honest with the whole way. Drove from the WI border to buy my Ram 1500 from Phelan. Pasquale & Sebastian are the main reason why I bought from Jack. Took the time to give me a quote over the phone prior to going there by asking me some questions for what incentives I would qualify for the best quote possible. Dealership near my house I could not get an answer or price over phone and didn't think I should have to go there for that. Everything went smooth thru the whole process in a timely manner. Service dept is phenomenal as had a little shaking in wheels from tires. They went well above and beyond to correct the problem and make sure everything is OK. I don't do much far as reviews or social media but I can tell you I will be buying my next vehicle from Phelan. If you want Honesty & No Games buy from these guys. Thanks again A++ More
