Wonderful, stressless purchasing experience I purchased a Kia Sportage from Herb Chambers in Burlington and feel compelled to review the dealership after my experience there. I was not looking forward to the auto buying process at all but was so pleasantly surprised with Herb Chambers KIA. The staff was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire buying process, from test driving to picking up the car, and every step in between. Senee O'Connell made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived at the dealership and matched me up with sales person Ramon Amilll who was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. It was a very relaxed setting and I instantly felt more at ease here than at other dealerships I had visited. Ramon returned my calls even on his days/nights off and took time to explain and demonstrate the many features of the vehicle. He returned my calls even on his days/nights off. There was zero pressure throughout the entire process and I felt very confident with the product and extremely pleased with the pricing. What more can you ask for with the car buying experience!?!?! Brake pads Terrible company. My wife asked them to get brake pads replaced, they charged double the price of higher end parts from autozone (50$ autozone, 100$ h Terrible company. Then their labor rate was 135$ an hour, and they spent 3 hours on a 1 hour job.... Super overpriced, when confronted about this they pretty much said F-off this is what you will pay. More

exceeding expectations I recently had to purchase a vehicle due to substantial repair cost on my old vehicle. I was forcd to purchase something that would get great gas mileage, be roomy enough, and still maintain its resale value in the future. I went to Kia of Burlington, and was referred to Richard Lowry as a salesperson I should seek out. The vehicle I chose was a 2017 Kia Forte, and was virtually brand new. Rich was very patient with me as I had not purchased or financed a vehicle for quite a long time. Rich promptly made a great selection for a 2017 certified Kia Forte with 6000 miles on the odometer. He explained all the features on the vehicle, as well as outlining the entire process from financing to taking delivery of the car immediately. He has extensive knowledge of the product, and was very patient with me as I asked a million questions. I never felt any pressure regarding the purchase, only a polite, and professional manner exhibited by Rich as he helped guide me through the experience. In just 2 hours my vehicle was detailed, financing was put in place, and my registration had been processed. Everyone involved from Julian and Carlos getting me the best price, to Stu in the Business Office who not only financed the vehicle in under 30 minutes, but did all the paperwork explaining in detail everything required for the purchase. Absolutely no high pressure tactics, ever. When I went to drive off the lot to go home, Senee the General Manager, made it a point to come out and personally thank me for my purchase. From top to bottom, there was only a can do, professional treatment by all, and I would not hesitate to recommend Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington to anyone looking for a vehicle. Far exceeded my expectatons, and I'm positive it would be the same for anyone. Thanks again Rich for the outstanding treatment. More
