This was a great buyer experience, A month or so ago I decided it was time to upgrade my driving experience so after an intensive online search I narrowed down my choice to the Acura RDX and give other qu decided it was time to upgrade my driving experience so after an intensive online search I narrowed down my choice to the Acura RDX and give other quality competitors. I test drove all six. When I went to the Jackson web site and asked for more information, Paul promptly sent me an email with some very attractive pricing. After I responded, Paul set up a test drive on the vehicle I eventually purchased with Sergei. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the advanced features of the car, Paul followed up with additional pricing information. When I decided this was my choice, Sergei helped me through the process efficiently, including obtaining a competitive trade in value for my Honda CRV. Joey (I think) efficiently followed up with all the business details, No add-on junk or services I didn’t want. Clean and fast closure.
