Overall a good experience. I went through Costco program. Would be nice to disclose to the customer that sale price is only valid if you finance. I have never been told you have to finance to get a lower pri Would be nice to disclose to the customer that sale price is only valid if you finance. I have never been told you have to finance to get a lower price, but whatever. Also the ultra luxe was built up to be a big thing then my car was there for an hour or so, the same time it would have taken to simply detail it. So not sure what was actually done for $599. Sergei was personable and easy to deal with. If the above issues were not issues, I would have given an A+. More
