Nothing but problems Absolutely worst experience. DO NOT buy a car from here. I bought a 2017 Chevy volt, worst car buying decision I have ever made. Nothing but problems and the worst part is they have accountability. In less than 6 months my center screen died. They tried to charge me to diagnose it and then tried to charge me to replace it when they determined it needed to be. I successfully argued with the manager and finally they agreed to replace it. Now, a year later, the screen is dead again, and they offer no warranty on new parts. And now they want me to pay a diagnostic charge to look at it!!! I still have a clicking noise in my car that they looked at over 5 times and 3 of those times assured they fixed it but the problem still persists. Then they told me that it was not actually an issue and must be "some change in the cupholder or something." They gave me a huge truck as a loaner which cost me over $60 in gas (myvolt gets 70mpg), they never paid me for. Finally, I asked if I could swap the car with a comparable model. They brought me to the sales department and tried to give me significantly less than I paid trade in value and then wanted me to pay the difference for an almost identical volt, with 3k less miles but with damaged rims. Again, save yourself the trouble. More

Everyone was very nice from the moment you step in the dealer. I got help that I didnt get from any other dealer, they worked with you and you didnt feel pressured rather than welcome. Disappointing and Delightful The Good: Let me first say that I love the truck I bought and I think I got a reasonable deal on the vehicle. Tanguy Pepiot was very knowledgeable and a really good guy. Adolfo Villanueva did a great job with the reams of paperwork. When I returned to get the truck, Sergio Zamora was very helpful and got the job done very nicely and with good humor. Miguel presented a very clean and detailed vehicle. The Bad: The problems began when the advertised price was raised by over $2000 by adding in "options" that were already on the vehicle. It's my understanding that doing so is against the law. Even if it is somehow legal, it is clearly unethical. The net result was a distasteful negotiation to deal with that. The Ugly: Then I had to deal with a sales manager (whose name I don't know) who was the epitome of every bad characteristic of the stereotypical used car salesman. He did all the "slick" tricks and then, when we didn't agree, refused to let Tanguy give us a ride back to our airplane to go home. (At least he didn't have our car keys that he surely would have "lost" to keep us in the building.) This man should never be allowed to represent your company in any way. Were it not for that one person, I would rate your company more highly. He ruined it for me and probably for all the people to whom I've now told this story. They all seemed to ask the same question, "why is it called Courtesy Chevrolet when such a discourteous person is in a position of authority?" If you want more detail, I would be glad to provide it. Found the vehicle I wanted, saleperson didn't know too much about the car as it was a non-GM car. Was told I was the only person in line for finance. Dealing with many dealers I would say it was not my b much about the car as it was a non-GM car. Was told I was the only person in line for finance. Dealing with many dealers I would say it was not my best experience as they weee pushy on upsaling, even though I repeatly said. I came in preapproved, but the ran my credit 7 times and approved a loan which cost me a few dollars more a month, after devaluing my trade in. Overall, the experience was good, I got what I wanted for a price I wanted. More
