Sure enough, I showed up at 7:00am and they got me in and out for a full service in under an hour. They were also very helpful, courteous, and personal. Oops. My schedule is often unpredictable and I wasn't sure when I'd be able to get back, but turns out they were able to fit me in and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I love how they always check and make sure everything went well after a service visit. I've owned a lot of different makes of cars and trucks and Subaru is my favorite by far! The staff is always friendly and they have a nice waiting. More

After reading all the reviews we decided on Subaru of Jacksonville. One of the main reasons was it family owned business and not one of many in a large auto group. We were treated so well, everyone was courteous and thoughtful and we look forward to a long relationship with Subaru of Jacksonville. I recently purchased a new Ascent and it was time for first service. Even though my vehicle was not purchased at this dealership we were treated like longtime customers . As a courtesy they did my first service free and I even got a car wash!! It was a good decision making Subaru of Jax our hometown dealership!! More
