Excellent customer service! A quick preface- I live about 80 miles from Subaru of Jacksonville, in St. Simons Island, GA. Only a terrific vehicle and dealership could compel us A quick preface- I live about 80 miles from Subaru of Jacksonville, in St. Simons Island, GA. Only a terrific vehicle and dealership could compel us to purchase from a manufacturer not local to us. A few days ago my wife's 2017 Forester wouldn't start. With the recent cold, I assumed perhaps that the weather had drawn the battery down. I called down to the dealership and advised them of the issue and requested to bring the vehicle in the next day. We were still a month out from getting our (comlimentary) oil change and check up, and the service advisor said they would do that for us as well. When i arrvied at the dealership, Jennifer Becker was my service advisor. She was very friendly and professional, and was responsve to my request to have things done quickly as I had to be a meeting back in Georgia. The battery was tested, but would not hold a good charge. Rather then 'wait and see' as I've had other dealers try to do, Jennifer advised that they didn't want to hold me up, and replaced the battery under warranty. It acutally took slightly longer, however; the service department noticed that one of the fusible links to the bateery was bad, and replaced that as well before returning my car to me. They advised they didn't want me to have to make another minor visit down if I didn't have to. THAT is great service and caring about you customer. While I was waiting for the repairs, I spent some time with Juan Hernandez, our saleman for the Forester. As always he was gracious and friendly, and is helping me with my inquiries on the new Subaru Accent... Great job! Thanks so much! More

Greatest Dealership We Have Ever Been To We were traveling from Maine to Florida and broke down in Brusnwick, GA. Roadside assistance hauled us to Subaru dealer in Jacksonville, Fl. The service we received was professional, timely, and friendly. My husband said we were treated like family. We were back on the road in a couple of hours and Subaru of Jacksonville even provided us with lunch. Introduced the owner's son to us and he was very accommodating. Would definately recommend this Subaru dealership to anyone. Service department was the best from the minute the toe truck pulled in with our car and us. Great experience. Excellent salesperson and dealership! We visited many dealerships before purchasing a Subaru. Our salesperson, Steve Barba, gave us so much information about the car without making us feel We visited many dealerships before purchasing a Subaru. Our salesperson, Steve Barba, gave us so much information about the car without making us feel pressured to buy. He stayed after hours to show us how to use the Navigation system and all the features on the car. Our car was used and the manuals were missing but Steve called within a day to tell us they had us a set. Each time we have brought the car in he has checked with us to be sure we had everything we needed. Best salesperson we have ever worked with. He has gone above and beyond. The finance manager even gave us special Subaru gifts. Wow! I have never been so spoiled and treated like this at any other dealership. The dealership is clean and has a great waiting area with coffee, water, and snacks. Customer service like this is a very rare find in today's world. Thank you! We Will Back! More

Excellent service continues my positive experience I took delivery of my 2016 Outback in December of 2015. The sales experience from sales person through price negotiation and delivery was one of the I took delivery of my 2016 Outback in December of 2015. The sales experience from sales person through price negotiation and delivery was one of the better if not best sales experience I have had in almost 40 years of purchasing a car. All routine service has been completed by the dealer. Timeliness, quality of work and the professionalism and courtesy of the Service Group is excellent. I BROKE I OWN A 2014 SUBARU OUTBACK I PURCHASED NEW FROM SUBARU OF JACKSONVILLE. THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TOP NOTCH! THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND!! excellence is the norm I moved from Pensacola, FL to Jacksonville in April. I've visited the dealership on several occasions- ranging from oil changes to possible battery is I moved from Pensacola, FL to Jacksonville in April. I've visited the dealership on several occasions- ranging from oil changes to possible battery issues, to most recently, new tires, an alignment and a wheel bearing replacement. No matter the task, big or small, the service department always received me warmly and professionally. I am active duty military, so my schedule is sometimes unpredictable, and they were very accommodating with appointment times as well as deadlines. I have to say that I am quite sad I have to leave them for a few years due to new orders, but I cannot wait until my Subaru Legacy is back in their hands. In the last appointment, my Subi came in with low tread on the tired, leaning slightly right, and with a lot of noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. The Subi left with new tires, an alignment, complimentary carwash, and with zero noise. I drove home with the stereo off just to enjoy how quiet my car was again. Never disappointed, and as I mentioned in the title- excellence is the norm at sojax. The service dept is always willing to educate the car owners about the intricacies of their vehicles, and always looking to improve the customer/dealership relationship. Thank you, sojax! More
