Amazing customer service Ok, full disclosure, this is my second review and a follow up to my first one which I rated them slightly lower for forgetting to put the air valve ca Ok, full disclosure, this is my second review and a follow up to my first one which I rated them slightly lower for forgetting to put the air valve cap back on. I knew that it was a minor minor thing (I have owned classic fussy British cars); however, I was on vacation and was trying to figure out where to go to buy a new one. Enter, the wonderful service rep. He called and asked about my missing cap (I had posted that in my review), and suggested that he send me one. "Awesome" I shouted, looking at my husband rolling his eyes. Five days later I returned home to find a new tire valve cap in the mail. I can't even tell you how impressive that is. A little thing, but one that means that there are still those folks willing to go the extra mile. Thanks. Almost makes me wish I lived in Northern Florida (but only almost). More

Best Ever I bought my first Subaru from SOJax in February 2015. I've visited the service department multiple times since then for routine service. I've never experienced such good customer service anywhere! The sales process was smooth and efficient, but the service which lasts much longer than the shopping phase is exceptional. Honestly, I'd like to have a larger SUV which Subaru does not offer but I don't want to trade because I like this dealership so very much. Steven Wall and Daniel Kane, Jr. are two of the people who make SOJax the success it is. Thank you, Mr. Porter, for your dedication to customer service AND for all you do for the community and surrounding areas. More

The kind of service that I could only hope for.. When my headlights suddenly failed on a Friday morning, I called Suburu of Jacksonville hoping that they could fit me in and fix the problem quickly a When my headlights suddenly failed on a Friday morning, I called Suburu of Jacksonville hoping that they could fit me in and fix the problem quickly as the use of my car during the early morning and late at night 7 days a week is absolutely necessary. Despite a full schedule and the weekend looming, Josh Sereda and crew got my Outback fixed up before 12pm and even had the time to get an oil change and tire rotation in as well. My thanks to Josh and Billy Joe in the the Service Department at Suburu of Jacksonville. More

Staff was very accommodating with loaner, which was very clean and new, lovely loaner. My car was serviced in an reasonable amount of time, new tire, alignment, oil change and it was washed. I was able to save 10% which was a nice surprise. they are true gentleman over there, always holding the doors and offering the most pleasant greetings. I go back there every time I have an concern or issue with my car, because I feel as though I can trust them and be heard. More

Great Service Team Had my 2009 Outback dashboard replaced under warranty with help and guidance from Steven Wall. While they were in there, they replaced the AC filter when they saw how bad it was, and now my car feels like a brand new ride. Thank you Steve and team for your excellent customer service, for taking care of the dashboard under warranty, and for taking care of a key filter replacement while you were at it - and asking me first! :) Much appreciated. Servicing my cars for seven years Quality service and superior automotive knowledge and, not just on Subarus. This dealership resolved issues regarding the air conditioning system on m Quality service and superior automotive knowledge and, not just on Subarus. This dealership resolved issues regarding the air conditioning system on my Subaru SVX, when the best independent auto repair shop in JAX could not. The dealership found the entire air conditioning system was contaminated. The entire system was replaced at a reasonable cost. Our Forester runs and rides really fine. Through the years we've had transmission work, injectors replaced, axles, brakes and regular maintenance. I believe a Subaru is the most under valued car today. I will keep my 1992 Subaru SVX for as long as possible. I trust this dealership to keep it as fine running today and tomorrow. More

Joseph Rodriguez and Service helped us out of a tight spot We had our car serviced at the dealership in Hardeeville SC on September 22 before going to Florida for a family visit. On our way home from Florida, We had our car serviced at the dealership in Hardeeville SC on September 22 before going to Florida for a family visit. On our way home from Florida, on September 26, we noticed smoke coming from the car and the low engine oil light came on. We managed to get to a gas station in Woodbine, Ga and we saw oil pouring out from the bottom of the engine. We called road assistance and a tow to the dealership in Jacksonville. My husband had contacted the dealership while we were waiting for the tow to see if they could help us. He spoke to Joseph Rodriguez and Mr. Rodriguez said that they would help figure out the problem. We arrived to the subaru dealership about 20 minutes til they closed. The Service Crew and Mr. Rodriguez pushed the car into the bay and discovered that the drain plug for the oil pan was missing. They fixed the problem and we were able to get back on the road to get home to South Carolina. I wish I could express better how grateful my husband and I to Mr. Rodriguez and the service crew, they really went above and beyond to help us get home. Mr. Rodriguez was very kind and the Service Crew (I wish I had gotten all their names) was so helpful and kind to double check everything before they returned the car to us. Thank you Mr. Rodriguez!
