Repair on Camry Was happy with my initial interaction with Coty on Friday, October 12th. After explaining the repair work required, Coty said he would be able to give me $150 off the repair on my vehicle but neglected to write it down on my paperwork. When I picked up my vehicle on Monday, October 15th, Coty was not working. Seth said there was nothing written so he could not honor the verbal $150 discount Coty said he could give me. Thankfully, I had printed out a $100 coupon online. Seth was just not as helpful as Coty had been to me. Abigail Lundberg was helpful and courteous with the processing and return of my car rental.
