I think he could tell he was upsetting me because he warmed up by the end of the conversation, but if Heiser was closer I would continue using them as I’ve had nothing but friendly experiences there. I also think its absurd they charge a 3% fee on credit card transactions?! You mean to tell me I’m getting thousands of dollars worth of service with you, and you’re going to charge me an extra 3%… neither Heiser or Wilde (both Toyota dealers Ive used in the past) charge extra because you use a credit card. More
