Our Owner and Service Manager spoke with you over the phone and in person and you acknowledged and admitted that the damage to your vehicle did not happen here at Bulldog Kia. You didn’t reach out to us until 3 weeks after your vehicle was here and it was in your possession during that time. There is no way for us to know where, how or when the damage occurred to your vehicle but you did acknowledge that it did not happen here at Bulldog Kia. Our detail crew is always more than happy to rewash your vehicle if it is not to your satisfaction. We offer free washes as a courtesy to our customers and want you driving away looking clean and well taken care of. When you left, our team was not informed that there was an issue otherwise they would have gotten it taken care of immediately. As for the other customer having scuff marks on their vehicle, I checked with each of our advisors personally and spoke to them about that situation. Our team is covering the cost of cleaning up the scuff marks on the customer's vehicle. It is rare but possible for that to happen and we have cameras installed to protect our customers in such situations. Again, however, that is extremely rare for something like that to happen here at Bulldog Kia. With your vehicle, you acknowledging the damage not happening here and us inspecting the cameras shows that the damage was not done here. We are extremely careful with our customer’s vehicles while they are in our possession. If you would like to discuss these issues further, please feel free to reach out to me directly and I will be happy to have you come in person and talk more. We absolutely want your business and appreciate you choosing Bulldog Kia for your purchase and service needs. It was NOT 3 weeks. It had been close to 2 but as explained I don’t drive on the passenger side of the truck. Also for David to make it out that I did it is messed up. I’m not that type of person. I’ve sent 3 people to y’all to buy cars. As far as the other shop psssh. I dropped my truck with y’all not them! Y’all chose to take it to them knowing what kind of person he was. Yea a couple of YOUR employees told me all about that shop!
