Things were great! Drove away with a Subaru Crosstrek and the customer service was awesome. The only thing I didn’t like was I was practically forced to purchase the extended warranty which I didn’t want but the customer service was awesome. The time we spent buying the vehicle wasn’t very organized, felt like they were stalling us at times either not understanding what to do next, or maybe didn’t have the manpower at the time. we had t organized, felt like they were stalling us at times either not understanding what to do next, or maybe didn’t have the manpower at the time. we had to have service done on the vehicle immediately after the purchase due to door scratches and dings...this was true my a joke. Took the car down there 3 different times based on being told by your reps to bring it down to have the work done. 2/3 times zero work was done. i could certainly understand a mistake, but to not insure after the first one that you don’t repeat it, is just incompetence frankly.
