Excellent Experience vs a competitor I was looking at another local dealership for my Toyota Tundra and they totally were the sterotypical car dealership with games being played on pricin I was looking at another local dealership for my Toyota Tundra and they totally were the sterotypical car dealership with games being played on pricing. Then they totally dropped the ball with follow up. so I went to Heiser and had a excellent experience, I was not oversold and not pressured to buy additional items, Also Jorgo was extremely knowledgeable about the Truck. I will absolutely recomend and come back to Heiser again More

Repaired, mostly as I would expect Repair was under warranty - obviously not Heiser's fault that my Highlander had a a bad strut. Was a little put off by the fact that my seat was comp Repair was under warranty - obviously not Heiser's fault that my Highlander had a a bad strut. Was a little put off by the fact that my seat was completely moved and for whatever reason my head lights were turned from auto to the off position when I picked the vehicle up. Neither are a huge deal but they should not have been messed with during the repair of the strut. More

Great experience! James was extremely attentive and paid close attention to our needs throughout the process of buying a new Rav4. Shahat did a great job on a very busy day of getting to the point and not trying to push anything we didn't want or need. Roger was well versed on the technology details regarding Apple Car Play and helping my wife easily understand how to best utilize the options. Pat was able to locate the exact car we were looking for and made sure our pricing was fair for both parties. More
