James did none of these. He was pleasant, understanding, warm, and made me feel important and valued. He listened to what I had to say. More

Excellent Experience vs a competitor I was looking at another local dealership for my Toyota Tundra and they totally were the sterotypical car dealership with games being played on pricin I was looking at another local dealership for my Toyota Tundra and they totally were the sterotypical car dealership with games being played on pricing. Then they totally dropped the ball with follow up. so I went to Heiser and had a excellent experience, I was not oversold and not pressured to buy additional items, Also Jorgo was extremely knowledgeable about the Truck. Repaired, mostly as I would expect Repair was under warranty - obviously not Heiser's fault that my Highlander had a a bad strut. Was a little put off by the fact that my seat was comp Repair was under warranty - obviously not Heiser's fault that my Highlander had a a bad strut. Was a little put off by the fact that my seat was completely moved and for whatever reason my head lights were turned from auto to the off position when I picked the vehicle up. Neither are a huge deal but they should not have been messed with during the repair of the strut. More
