Being a multiple vehicle past buyer and lease customer, I believe we are treated fairly and respectfully in pricing the vehicle without the back and forth that many car dealerships put you through. Doing most of the application online makes the delivery process easy and their finance representatives are professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend working with Roger and the entire Heiser team! More

Great service Al was a great salesperson. He made us feel welcome and appreciated. He was very knowledgeable about the Tundra and answered every question we had. Th Al was a great salesperson. Roger F250 I dealt with Roger over the phone before I came into the dealership. We discussed the truck I wanted, he texted me pictures and a couple of videos. I filled out the online credit but was very nervous because I do not want to lower my credit and many salespeople are not straightforward about the vehicles. I felt very comfortable with Roger however. When I came I got the dealership and met with Roger he was just very polite and professional. The truck was exactly what he said it was. I bought the truck and it was a very smooth enjoyable experience. Roger is the best salesperson that I have ever dealt with in any industry. When I am looking for another vehicle, my first choice will be to come back and I will work with Roger again. More

Subaru purchase I can't complain about the sales experience or getting everything finalized. However, the day I drove my new purchase home, the driver side sun visor I can't complain about the sales experience or getting everything finalized. However, the day I drove my new purchase home, the driver side sun visor came out three times - would not stay attached. Also, the sun glasses compartment where the map lights are would not stay shut. Neither of these occurred when I did the test drive. I thought I was leaving with a vehicle in tip top shape. Now I'm facing $200 in repair, and I haven't even made a payment. I can only hope that I won't have to wait a long period of time for the repairs to be done. This put a damper on my experience. Sorry, but that's what happened. You'll have to work hard to regain my trust and assurance that I don't have a lemon on my hands! Patricia Almon More
