I filled out the online credit but was very nervous because I do not want to lower my credit and many salespeople are not straightforward about the vehicles. I felt very comfortable with Roger however. When I came I got the dealership and met with Roger he was just very polite and professional. The truck was exactly what he said it was. However, the day I drove my new purchase home, the driver side sun visor came out three times - would not stay attached. Also, the sun glasses compartment where the map lights are would not stay shut. Neither of these occurred when I did the test drive. I thought I was leaving with a vehicle in tip top shape. Now I'm facing $200 in repair, and I haven't even made a payment. I can only hope that I won't have to wait a long period of time for the repairs to be done. This put a damper on my experience. Sorry, but that's what happened. You'll have to work hard to regain my trust and assurance that I don't have a lemon on my hands! Patricia Almon More
