Worst dealership. I have a brand new Jeep 2021 with jeeb wave warranty that was purchased at a different dealer. Despite several visits, they failed to address a very simple issue with a tire that was out o wave warranty that was purchased at a different dealer. Despite several visits, they failed to address a very simple issue with a tire that was out of balance. I had to deal with vibration for several months until I finally took it to an independent mechanic who found an issue with a tire that was way out of balance. The issue was fixed in one visit and no more vibration. It appears that the service personnel are either incompetent, or they don’t care. I will take my business anywhere else, but this place. More

Terrible experience. I made a appointment two weeks out for a time. They didn’t take me till three hours after my scheduled appointment. They also never informed me about issues I had with my car, never to for a time. They didn’t take me till three hours after my scheduled appointment.
