After being let down by two shady Kia dealers, I came to Carl Black, and glad I did. He worked with me over several days to get to a deal that worked for me, but without being pushy. Everyone else at the dealership was easy to work with as well, and the fees were competitive and transparent. Even after the sale, when we transferred everything from the old car to the new car, Lukas asked to helped us move everything over and walked around with my toddler to distract him - he didn't have to do that, it was genuine kindness.
