After several failed attempts to have my vehicle serviced among other misfortunes since having the vehicle, I needed a new start. I reached out to Koons Chevy in White Marsh. And, was connected to Shane Floyd. That man is a trooper! He was friendly, cautious, and valued my time! The majority of the deal began online, which went smoothly. I wanted an Equinox but my credit wasn't so great! Shane helped me find the right vehicle for me! I purchased a 2021 Chevy Equinox LT, with black rims. A fun and sexy vehicle! When it was time to pick up the vehicle and finalize the paperwork, Shane came out on his day off to help me with the process!
