Ryan, thanks for taking the time to speak with me and giving me a chance to address your concerns. As discussed, I would invite you to come down so we can take a look at the tires. At the time of inspection / purchase the tires did meet the inspection criteria. We sell hundreds of pre-owned vehicles each month each one must not only meet the state inspection guidelines but our own Koons standards as well which are above and beyond the state guidelines.
