After several failed attempts to have my vehicle serviced among other misfortunes since having the vehicle, I needed a new start. I reached out to Koons Chevy in White Marsh. And, was connected to Shane Floyd. That man is a trooper! He was friendly, cautious, and valued my time! The majority of the deal began online, which went smoothly. I wanted an Equinox but my credit wasn't so great! Shane helped me find the right vehicle for me! I purchased a 2021 Chevy Equinox LT, with black rims. A fun and sexy vehicle! When it was time to pick up the vehicle and finalize the paperwork, Shane came out on his day off to help me with the process! Please stay away they act like they care until you buy the vehicle then they do everything they can not to help it took almost 2 months to get my paper work from them then they said that the problem I had the vehicle then they do everything they can not to help it took almost 2 months to get my paper work from them then they said that the problem I had couldn’t be fixed because the paper work said it only covered it for 30 days and told me to look at the paper work when they realized they didn’t send it to me they said they would over night it but still wouldn’t fix the problem. There are a lot of dealer ships out there you don’t need service like this. More
