Shane Giese is the New Car Sales Manager at Street Volkswagen. He has been a member of the Street Auto Group since April of 2015. Shane has worked in the automotive industry for over 15 years. After graduating from University of North Texas, Shane worked as an accountant for many years. He has lived all over Texas including Denton, Dallas, Austin and Amarillo. He loves the automotive industry because it is so dynamic and always changing. When Shane isn’t at work he enjoys spending time with his two sons, mountain biking, being outdoors and listening to classical and indie music.

Since purchasing the vehicle I’ve had issues that have yet been resolved. One of the more serious ones was taken care of early on, but to have this happen with a brand new car is absolutely ridiculous. Th yet been resolved. The car was driven in from Fort Worth by one of street VWs members and it is incredibly hard to believe the service light was not on. After the lease was signed and I get in the car the issues immediately begin WITH the service light on after running the car for maybe 10 minutes. I am completely unsatisfied with the entire experience and can guarantee that I will never return to Volkswagen when this lease ends. More
