We weren't looking for a Volkswagen but we were on the lot at the end of the day looking at another pre-owned vehicle. The other vehicle didnt have what I was looking for when we began looking at my, now lot at the end of the day looking at another pre-owned vehicle. The other vehicle didnt have what I was looking for when we began looking at my, now Volkswagen Atlas. Pua, our sales associate was knowledgeable and so patient at the end of the day when showing us all functions of the Atlas. We were so impressed and again I didnt have Volkswagen on my mind but after looking at all my options which included the price for what we were getting we couldn't turn it down. The team at Volkswagen Street worked out a deal for us and gave us a great deal for my trade-in all while being mindful of our time but staying late to take care of us. Pua was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous about our time even though it was late in the day. She never pushed and even when we looked at the different vehicles before making our decision on the Atlas, which was sooooo easy, she answered all of our questions with easy and care. Since purchasing the vehicle I’ve had issues that have yet been resolved. One of the more serious ones was taken care of early on, but to have this happen with a brand new car is absolutely ridiculous. Th yet been resolved. One of the more serious ones was taken care of early on, but to have this happen with a brand new car is absolutely ridiculous. The car was driven in from Fort Worth by one of street VWs members and it is incredibly hard to believe the service light was not on. After the lease was signed and I get in the car the issues immediately begin WITH the service light on after running the car for maybe 10 minutes. I am completely unsatisfied with the entire experience and can guarantee that I will never return to Volkswagen when this lease ends. More
