After spending 4 hours at another dealership who only wanted to rip me off, walking into this dealership was a breath of fresh air. It was clean and professional in appearance. My young son was with me and he was offered a drink and shown the play area. Shane, Chris and Tony took care of me quickly and treated me with respect and courtesy. The deal was done quickly and efficiently. As it should have been. And even tho I came in late, they all stayed to finish the deal. I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience and that they wanted to go home. I was in and out in under 3 hours...with having a trade, a test drive of my new vehicle and delivery. FANTASTIC! The professionalism of these three gentlemen has changed my view of car salesmen(women) from this point on. I will be recommending Sill-Terhar to everyone who asks...and even those who don't! This is the only dealership I will be taking my business to in the future! More
