I was charged for a rental car change and was never contacted at all no call, no explanation… This is by far the worst Toyota dealership I have ever dealt with. Getting better. Last time they overfilled my crankcase on an oil change by one quart which may cause oil faoming and loss of lubrication. This time they did not rotate the tires as requested. If you have work done here be sure to check that it was done correctly. From experience you cannot just assume they will. More

For the first time visiting Gullo I was not very happy. I made an appointment ahead of time. Spencer is my service writer but he was at lunch so i was assigned a different person. Had to wait about 5 minut I made an appointment ahead of time. Spencer is my service writer but he was at lunch so i was assigned a different person. Had to wait about 5 minutes before he came. Once he came and took me in he said it will be 2 hours or more. There is a sign in the waiting area make an appointment online and no waiting. When i asked about the sign I dont know. I wasnt given any updates on the work. I sent two text messages nut no answers. I finally saw Spencer I asked to check on my car. He gsve me an update. Finally the guy who wrote the order came and told me from afar the csr was ready and he walked away. If I come back and dont get Spencer I will leave. More
