Everyone was extremely helpful. I happened to drop by and my expectations were exceeded by the staff. I had just been involved in a accident that totaled my vehicle. I had originally wanted to purchase a Ram when I bought the Chevy that was totaled, but the pricing was to far off at the time to justify. I was able to get the vehicle I had originally wanted at a price point inline with what I had paid for the chevy due to incentives on the vehicle I purchased. More

We purchased a truck from Hayes and we dealt with Shane Pratt. I started looking on your website and found the truck we really liked. I spoke with Shane on the phone and he asked me a few questions. I t Pratt. I started looking on your website and found the truck we really liked. I spoke with Shane on the phone and he asked me a few questions. I then sent him my trade in (pics) and the vin number as well. He ran some numbers and let me know all the details with my trade in and the purchase of the other truck. He stayed in touch with me and went out of his way and sent me several videos of the truck. Top notch on his part. We really liked what we saw and the price of the truck as well. That was on a weekend and when Monday morning came, we headed off to Hayes in Gainesville Ga. I called Shane to let him know that we were on the way and that he would have the truck waiting on us. Long story short, :) I could go on and on. What a seamless sell process and an awesome buying experience. Shane was very nice and knowledgeable. Great salesman and really do appreciate him and the Hayes dealership as well. We live in SC and in the near future, when we decide to trade again, it will definitely be with Hayes..
