Shannon and Ryan both helped me out. It Was frustrating that I picked up my van and within two or 3 miles of leaving the check engine light came back on. But they were able to get it taken care of right away without additional cost and I really appreciate that.

When I arrived, I was unsure where to go for my appt. There was a long line of cars for the service department, so I parked in front. Imedeately a salesperson asked how he could help and told me where to go. The service area was clean. The service advisor got me the lowest price for the service and took a competitors coupon.

The 30,000 mile service was very prompt and courteous. The only issue I had was smelled very strongly of gas/oil for about 48 hours afterwards.

Friday afternoon, 4:55pm, called Service, Shannon took call. Told him car flashing headlights, rapidly, dash lighting up, brake error message, etc.. He said sounded like battery. Then told me i had roadside assistance and gave me #. Called, tech arrived in less than 25 mins, jumped off, and took to dealership. Pulled in, Shannon took key, about hour later, new battery, no charge, under warranty, out the door.
This was a FRIDAY AFTERNOON AT 5! Thank you Honda! Thank you Shannon!

I received excellent service from Lou Sobh Honda. We purchased the car from another local dealership and apparently they did not put enough brake fluid in it. Lou Sobh service technicians diagnosed and repaired my car quickly and I was on my way. Thank you!
I was greeted by Shannon immediately upon arrival. We discussed my service needs. The work was completed within (a little before) the estimated time to complete.
