Excellent but for one small glitch This is an excellent dealership with courteous, highly professional people. I bought car here and have service agreement, which I am happy with. They This is an excellent dealership with courteous, highly professional people. I bought car here and have service agreement, which I am happy with. They have shuttle service and serviced my car for 10K service as well as a safety recall. The only glitch was that no one called to let me know that the car was done, and when I called at 3:45pm to inquire, they informed me the car done so come get it, btw we close in 15 minutes. Since it was a Saturday and I need the car, I immediately went to pick it up. All worked out, but this was a near miss that would have soured the experience. More

Shannon was excellent! A true great asset to Dirito Brothers Overall, from Shannon the marvelous assistant manager to the shuttle drivers, my experience was better than excellent! They have taken care of my 200 Overall, from Shannon the marvelous assistant manager to the shuttle drivers, my experience was better than excellent! They have taken care of my 2003 Jetta Wagon since I drove it off the old lot back in Sept. 2002. We are keeping the car going after all these years. It is a tribute to everyone at Dirito Brothers. Can't say enough about Shannon. She explained everything clearly and was excellent as far as what was going on with the elderly car. She needs to be recognized for her excellent skills and customer service. She is a big part of why I continue to bring my Jetta wagon for service even if it just an oil/filter change. Please forward my thanks and appreciation to Shannon. She deserves employee of the month or whatever Volkswagen awards to their best employees. More

Very difficult to find Saab service with the proper equipment. Team diagnosed the problem and replace computer part. The cost was expensive but no comps since nobody else could do the work. The fact that the DPS was on national back order from VW for 4 months(!) has nothing to do with the EXCELLENT customer service I’ve been receiving from Dirito Brothers...so good in fact I switched to them a for 4 months(!) has nothing to do with the EXCELLENT customer service I’ve been receiving from Dirito Brothers...so good in fact I switched to them all the way in Walnut Creek from the Downtown Oakland VW dealership just a couple of miles from my house from where I bought my 2011 Jetta Sportwagen TDI! Oakland has treated me quite disfavorably. More
