Being a Finance Manager gives me the opportunity to work directly with our customers, which is the best part of the job. I love meeting new people from all walks of life. I have a great sense of humor and enjoy providing my customers with a fun experience. I joined the Rallye BMW dealership in 2012, coming from Hassel BMW, where I had been working since 2002. My longevity with BMW spans 15 years. This is the best brand in the automotive industry. My customers are like family. I have watched many of them grow up over the years, as they came in with their parents, and now they are purchasing cars from me as an adult. Clients enjoy working with me because I am a good listener and not pushy. I’m a big fan of the New England Patriots. Go Pats! Some of my awards and accomplishments in the auto industry include BMW Honors and BMW Charters at platinum, gold, silver, and bronze levels.

Everything went smoothly—no hidden fees, and they were flexible with my schedule. I appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure or games involved. The dealership is kept very clean, which adds to the great experience. I usually service my X3 with Carol, who is always awesome and helpful, and this purchase experience was just as exceptional.
