Our salesman Ismael Tyler Torres was very accommodating, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had wanted a hybrid, but none were available. Since we had a rental that was expiring, we settled on a gas mo patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had wanted a hybrid, but none were available. Since we had a rental that was expiring, we settled on a gas model. Tyler searched other Subaru dealerships for the model we wanted and found one down near Tampa. Since it was end of the month, his dealership pressed for me to complete the sale. Tyler went to Tampa to pick up the car, drove to my house to pick me up, and brought me back. I had been taken back at the price I was quoted, did some more research, and voiced my concern. Tyler's manager came out to speak with me, I explained my reasoning and concern with the price. He showed me his numbers and cost, but did make an accommodation that brought the price closer to what I expected to pay if I ordered the car online. Tyler made sure I knew how to use the car's features and helped me set it up for me so I could drive it home with some confidence. A week or so later, we had an appointment with Shaun Cummings, our Love Encore Specialist and he went over all the features, answered all our questions, and went over some features we had problems with just using the manuals. He was excellent, as well, and we left with a better understanding of the features so we could customize the car to our preferences. More

We worked with Lemond Williams and he was wonderful to work with. Financing process was extremely slow even though the paperwork was done ahead of time. Spelling of names were incorrect which we didnt n work with. Financing process was extremely slow even though the paperwork was done ahead of time. Never been to a dealer that was more focused on us and our needs. We arrived and the vehicle we called about was in front waiting for us. Tyler was great. Knowledgeable and more than helpful, volunteering our needs. We arrived and the vehicle we called about was in front waiting for us. Tyler was great. Knowledgeable and more than helpful, volunteering additional info with most of our questions and helping to set up the more difficult features of the vehicle. Not cut and dry. Every one we spoke to was cordial and/or helpful. Even the folks we met in the yard as we did a walk about while Tyler brought a vehicle out to us. Finance was a breeze. LOTS to sign on his tabletop interface. A 10 for both and for the control panel setup GURU! This was probably the easiest purchase of a vehicle we have ever had. All because of the staff. Thanks Guys! Unlike Wesley-Chaple Subaru, that loaned out the vehicle we came to see for the day. Then kept us there for 2.5 hours telling us it was out for a test drive. We heard from a floor person it had been loaned out. We left. They are not worth your time. Go to The Villages Subaru!!! More
