My experience working with Shawn An during my initial browsing, final selection and purchase was great. I was paying cash, but the finance guy tried to convince me to pay down my mortgage and finance the car. Like somehow a 7-8% auto loan is better than my 2-5/8% mortgage. Then comes what seems like a dozen different extended warrantee plans. All presented with scare tactics and thrown in front of me on his high-tech table screen totally over $12,000! If you want me to buy a complicated product, give me information ahead of time, so I can digest the pluses & minuses. Needless to say, he wasn't happy when I said no to everything, More

We were disappointed that the car I originally looked at in Feb 2024 was not available when I went to buy a car this month. I specifically was interested in buying the (2023 GX460 Premium plus sports desig in Feb 2024 was not available when I went to buy a car this month. I specifically was interested in buying the (2023 GX460 Premium plus sports design package- White Color). However, I specifically made an appointment with Shawn, and he did not tell me prior, the White car was already sold/not available. I went to the dealership on Friday, March 1, with the intention to buy it. So, he said there was Silver and Black. I tried to negotiate off the MSRP sticker price of the 2023 GX 460 Silver car. We did not come to a deal at that visit and I walked out of dealership disappointed. But, Shawn texted me back and said he was locked in at X" discount from the GM. I did return to the dealership the same evening and purchased the car. I had previously bought 2 cars from this dealership and had an 5 star excellent experience (Jeff Margolis). Unfortunately, he retired. More
