My wife’s parents have purchased two vehicles from Tustin Hyundai, and specifically from Shawn Brown whom they referred us to. Shawn was very knowledgeable about the features of the Palisade and about Hyundai vehicles in general. My wife and I wanted an SUV that could accommodate three kids. Shawn was really helpful in pointing out all of the features that that make this SUV so family friendly. Shawn was very personable and wasn’t pushy. Also, the purchasing process was very up front and transparent and I spent less time in the dealership purchasing a vehicle as compared to my experiences at other dealerships. My wife and I are very happy with the level of customer service from Shawn and look forward to purchasing another vehicle from Tustin Hyundai in the future. More

Shawn worked hard to get us the car we were looking for. Thanks for getting the dealer trade completed quickly. The personal video is a great touch and helped cement it for us. Also, we did all the paperwork online and just had to sign when we arrived... and unlike other dealerships we went to (*cough* Gardena *cough*) the staff all actually wore their masks correctly and the showroom was spread out and you could feel safer in COVID times. Will be going back next year when we replace our other car. And shout out to finance, she was awesome too. No pushiness, just straight shot through signatures. Thanks, y'all! More
