I don't often write reviews, but I felt so appreciative of my experience with William Hoyt (my Sales POC), Shawn Davie (General Manager) and Milton Taylor (Finance Manager). My car shopping was unconventi of my experience with William Hoyt (my Sales POC), Shawn Davie (General Manager) and Milton Taylor (Finance Manager). My car shopping was unconventional in that I decided to trade in my old car before a major cross country move. Because I am moving in 2 weeks, I wasn't able to drive around and visit different dealerships. I had to send emails to many dealerships to discuss product, price and terms before ever visiting a lot and doing a test drive. (I didn't test drive the Forester until I showed up to lease). What stood out to me about this team -- and why I decided to go with them -- is the transparency in the numbers, the willingness to provide me with fair pricing and their answering my many, many email questions. Other dealers were either too high or not transparent with the numbers, but tried to get me to come in. With packing and the long commutes around the DMV, I simply didn't have time to drive all over the DC Metro area shopping for cars. William and the team at Heritage Subaru were professional, patient, knowledgeable, transparent and respectful. I am so glad I purchased my car with them and didn't mind driving the 90 min for a quality team and product. If/when I move back to the DC area, Heritage Subaru of Owings Mills will be my home dealership. Thank you, William, Shawn and Milton!! A++ Experience! More
