I knew what I wanted when I went in, told them I was either leaving with it or nothing and they did not try to force something I did not want on me. Was pretty much in and out within 2 hours. The Service Department botched my repairs TWICE after an accident. The second time was not caught until a few months later, when it was found and fixed by another shop. It cost me $450 for this second shop to fix the mistake, which Tim Dahle Southtowne refused to reimburse because "the repair was out of warranty". Never mind that part of this issue was that they had installed a part UPSIDE DOWN, they washed their hands of all responsibility. More

Found an awesome vehicle here. Didn’t but it because they tried tacking on an extra 2000$. 1000$ for a maintenance fee. When you buy a used car from them you pay for the maintenance that is done on it. they tried tacking on an extra 2000$. 1000$ for a maintenance fee. When you buy a used car from them you pay for the maintenance that is done on it. So basically they get paid twice for maintenance, they take it when someone trades in vehicle, then try getting it out off the buyer. Also I had my own financing and would not go through them so that was another 1000$. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy or anyone else! I don’t like BS when buying a vehicle! I actually ending up buying from Ken Garff Riverdale and they were great. No hidden fees! no hidden anything, no pressure at all! More

service here seemed great at first...got right on it and helped us on a busy day a couple of weeks before Christmas.BUT.. they tried to slip in a 3000 dollar warranty without telling us about it,tried to p helped us on a busy day a couple of weeks before Christmas.BUT.. they tried to slip in a 3000 dollar warranty without telling us about it,tried to pass off some shiny cheap car tires on the truck as new;ect.called them on all this.. BUT..dont beleive in the"100+ point inspection at all!!!found out from my Mechanic..brakes were all bad and had been rigged to seem good.Rear differential was leaking and shocks were trashed on the rear of the car...these ALL cost me another $1200 plus later!!!they begrudgingly put a decent pair of truck tires on it but would not fix anything else!NOT RECCOMMENDED! More
