I have had the pleasure of leasing a Honda from this dealership every 3 years for the past 30+ years. I have ALWAYS received the utmost in customer service and professionalism. I have leased Accords ( dealership every 3 years for the past 30+ years. I have ALWAYS received the utmost in customer service and professionalism. I have leased Accords (the most times), Pilot, CRV, and, most recently, I downsized to a Civic. Heri Gaytan made sure I was satisfied with my decision to downsize. He allowed me to test drive a Civic, a hatchback and asked if I was interested in test-driving the new Accord. I declined on this one because I have been so pleased with my Accords, I thought that once I test-drove a new one, I'd continue on with my love affair with the Accord. Henri gave me a great deal on my new Civic and so far am very pleased. This dealership cannot be beat for quality, customer care and service. I have played with the idea of going to other dealerships (closer to where I live) and switching car models. But, when it comes right down to it, I trust the professionals at Honda of Lisle. I feel like I'm going home each time I turn in a leased car for a new one. Fabulous team. More
